ain't no foolin'...new release is sensational
If you have been around here even a little then you are aware that the 1st of each month is Stamp Release Day at HeidiSwappShop. And this release is OUTSTANDING. Outstanding, I tell ya. So excited to share with you what is now available. This release is very versatile and I am pretty sure you will be finding yourself reaching for these over and over again. It's just that good.
1. Mini Album Cover
Let's start with the Spring Flowers. One way to use these new stamps is on the cover of a mini album as I have done here. This mini also utilizes the Fresh Air Paper Pack. Still available in the shop. I found these patterns to play very nicely with the Spring Flowers Stamp Set. The flowers that are part of this set, in my opinion, would be perfect for any season. It's a matter of changing up the colors, of course...
But take a look at how many stamps are part of this set alone. By my count there are 37 stamps to the Spring Flowers. I mean...look at that typewriter? And the envelope. This is a fabulous set and is certainly going to be seen over and over again.
2. Stamped Tags
Then, as always, this month is seeing the release of the May Captions Stamp Set. Holy mother of Mothers Day and all things funny and useful. I love this stamp set too. (and yes, I will be saying that over and over again.) It's just so good.
As we often find ourselves doing in the Heidi Stamp world, stamping on tags is a big deal. Stamping on tags is useful for many reasons:
- stamp on tags for a creative exercise session
- stamp on tags to include in one's Memory Planner
- stamp on tags for a scrapbook page layout
3. Stamped Tabs
This month is also the release of a couple of 3x4 stamp sets: meet the younger sister to the bigger Days of the Week stamp set. I love how little these daily words are. Seen here in my mini mini album, I stamped the days on a piece of pattern paper, then trimmed each out to be a tab size. Super eager to use these in my daily notebook. Perfect size.
4. Month Bookmark
I made this cute little bookmark by paper punching a circle from the Ledger Paper. Then I stamped a 04 from the Blue Skies stamp set, you know...for the fourth month of the year. Then April was stamped in place in a darker color. It's just a little something something that slips into this mini giving way to the month of the year. Hello, April!
5. Tabbed Pages
There are going to be so many ways to use the Save The Date Stamp set. What with 87 stamps? I think that is how many stamps are on this 4x6 stamp set.
And while there are going to be so many ways to use the dates and the labels and the sentiments, I chose to add some tabbed pages to this mini mini. It was fun to give each of these little 3x3 inch pages in my album a sort of title. But come on...the ideas really are endless with this one. And...it's one of those stamps sets sitting here in my craft space begging me for more play time.
OK...so today is already going to be a great day. It's time to celebrate the things like new stamps and all the creative possibilities that are gonna be found making and telling our stories with those stamps and prompts.
