Thank you to Scrapbook.com who sent me this newest Distress color this week. I had so much fun just making and exploring and testing.

This scrapbook layout came out of all that making and exploring and testing. And I'm a little happy about how it landed.

Friends, Distress mediums create so many great opportunities for creative play. As I have added this line to my studio this year in little increments, I think the Distress has added to my own creativity. And don't you just love growing in something that brings you so much joy?

This large heart that I hand cut from a creative sesh is the result of the new Villainous Potion Distress Paint, plus other paints I had in my stash, and my gel printing plate.

Cannot wait to get more time with this color and see what other makes are waiting for me to discover. Cause isn't that just it? We don't know what is there to discover until we start unpacking it a bit. Time and space permits this. I know those items are in high demand, but I also think it is well worth it to just slow it down. Get a little quiet. Grab a good beverage. And get to some creative play.
