keep on making memory dex
Welcome back, MemoryDex.
I have missed you.
One of my creative geeky things to do is to add new paper line and collections to my MemoryDex Spinner.
As you can see here in these posts:
MemoryDex and ColorFresh Cards
MemoryDex and ArtWalk
more MemoryDex and ArtWalk
MemoryDex and Honey & Spice
and even MemoryDex and Wolf Pack
There is quite a bit of MemoryDex found HERE via this link too if you need more inspiration.
Suffice it to say, I do love to add to that MemoryDex Spinner.
Realizing I have not added the Storyline Chapters Collection I decided today is the day.
And so we have:
MemoryDex Meets Storyline Chapters AND...
a MemoryDex hack.
Stay tuned to my IGTV channel as I will be bringing these ideas to the screen. This LOVE card harkens back to the WaterColor MemoryDex Kit. Those cards are still available and are linked below. You really need a pack. Super versatile and all ready for the spinner.
For this card I added color to the front with Spun Sugar Oxide Ink Spray. It is super subtle but brings extra life to the card. I also added color to the distressed edges with the Spun Sugar Distress Ink. That's a great color and goes beautifully with the Storyline Chapters hues.
The LOVE is backed with the specialty glitter paper from the Storyline Chapters Project Pad. Then...floral stickers, also from the Project Pad, were popped up coming out of the O. Super super easy card with just the right amount of sass.
Who does not love that sticker Put Your Positive Pants On? Thought that would be a great way to start off the month of July's collection of MemoryDex cards.
This addition to the Spinner is also made on a pre-made MemoryDex card. The month tabs are super useful, pre-cut and foiled MemoryDex cards. I like to use them for their original intent: to separate the months on my Spinner. As I add these cards in I like to know when I made them. It's just that little ocd part of me.
On the July tab card I crafted a tag using the Storyline Chapters Project Pad patterned paper. Then I added in bits and stickers and more tags from the Project Pad. The type stamp is from BoBonny.
So far I have two new cards added to the MemoryDex Spinner.
But wait...there's more...
This next card is a hack. AND it's also made from scraps found on my table.
