glam up that scrapbook page
Something I have enjoyed applying to my scrapbooking lately, and that is crafting similar vibes on my scrapbook pages. Doing multiple pages with the same feel all at one time.
To totally know what I mean see this post HERE
What I have done here is scrapped a theme of a feel. Using Heidi Swapp Minc products + fussy cuts or digital cuts I feel as those my pages have a real similar feel right now. And I am enjoying the outcome.
For this page (and for another one in the works right now), I cut a large title using a cut file from Paige Evans. This one is obviously called Beautiful.
Then I painted the cut with Minc Reactive Spray. Yeah. The spray.
Using a paint brush I painted the medium onto the paper cut instead of using the spray nozzle.
It creates great coverage.
Using new Minc Silver Square Reactive Foil, I foiled the title for a striking effect.
Then...I took another Paige Evans cut file (Flower) and embellished in and around the title cut file.
This created a beautiful arrangement. And I am want to do this again.
Here's the thing...
today over on PaigeEvan's Happy Scrappy Facebook page, I am sharing this layout. AND a challenge.
Check out her page to see what the challenge is, and what you can win.
This page totally inspired a second layout. But that is to come. Can't share it today and I am super sorry for being a tease. Sort of.
But you get the idea. Instead of re-thinking a total whole new page, use one page to inspire another and get that scrap on!
Check out the supplies below.
And then check out Paige's Facebook page for some more fun.
And Happy National Scrapbook Day to you!
