A new month calls for new front door decor.
Last week Heidi Swapp posted this cute look at her altered DIY Banner Sign. Then...as often happens...she challenged the Media Team to come up with a creative way to alter the sign in our own unique style. Today I am going to show you my take.
The challenge was to use the DIY Banner Sign, available at Michaels Stores, in an altered way. Instead of simply adding Lightbox Mini Letters to the board alone, what else could we do to alter the DIY Banner Sign? That was the challenge.
I took the sign and mounted it to a Wall Plaque I picked up from Michaels.
I remembered I had recently picked up those daisy florals from there too. After the DIY Sign was mounted to the wall plaque, I hot glued the florals to the bottom edge.
The 'welcome' was cut on my die cutting machine. Ribbon I had on hand finished off the hanging and now it greets one and all on my front door.
