spring circus celebration
3.19.2012
The Spring Circus kit by RhonnaDESIGNS is so full of possiblities and direction with which to take projects. It has been such a joy to work with. Making excuses here to create with this kit.
Here is a close up of the above gift tag.
The tag started off with the Spring Circus Backgrounds. Most specifically the Chevron Tent.
The chevron was recolored using this tutorial.
Then i embellished with the Mini Seal kit (most specifically #1 & #5), the Starburst kit, and the Mini Textures kit.
I simply played with a canvas measuring 2.25X4.75 and had fun.
Next up this week is my spring garland.
This replaced the one up from valentines.
I just enjoy having these subtle pops of color embellishing a vignette in my home.
again with the Spring Circus.
I printed out images from the tag kit, some backgrounds, plus the border kit...
i cut. trimmed. punched. inked. and hot glued to twine and it was as simple as that.
i suggest you print out various elements and just have fun with it.
this banner indeed makes me smile.
hope you enjoyed checking out a few spring circus projects.
next week i bring you some Easter love.
spring and Easter go hand in hand here...
have fun today!
